This is a simple addon that modifies the Ctrl + Click to preview an item.
If you Ctrl + Click an item, it previews as normal
If you Ctrl + Shift + Click an item, it previews the real item, not the transmogged appearance
By default Blizzard, when you inspect a player, and try to preview their gear, you only see the actual item, and not the applied transmog.
As of version 2.2.0 of this addon, I have extended the functionality of this addon to additionally apply to gear worn by inspected targets allowing for both!
As of version 2.9.0 this should also allow you to preview recipe items by Ctrl+Clicking the recipe in your inventory, on the AH, etc
