Better DKP TBC Anniversary

 Critical Fixes

  - Fixed /dkp add, /dkp sub, /dkp addraid, /dkp decay, /dkp backup, and /dkp restore slash commands — all were silently failing due to incorrect internal method calls
  - Fixed bid frame not opening when a bid session starts — officers now see a live bid view as bids come in
  - Fixed /dkp standings command to properly print standings to chat

  Ghost Profile Prevention

  - Misspelled player names no longer silently create ghost profiles when using /dkp add, /dkp sub, /dkp set, or the Quick Add/Sub buttons
  - Use --force flag to intentionally create new entries: /dkp add NewPlayer 50 --force

  Player Removal

  - New /dkp remove <player> slash command (officer only)
  - Right-click any player in the standings window for a removal confirmation popup (officer only)

  Test Mode Improvements

  - Test players are now automatically cleaned up when disabling test mode or on login/reload
  - New /dkp test purge command for manual cleanup of leftover test data

  UI Improvements

  - Minimap button right-click now opens a dropdown menu instead of directly opening settings
  - Officer-only features (Settings, Bid Window, Log Viewer, Loot Council, Bid History) are hidden from the minimap menu for non-officers — accessible when test mode is enabled
  - Officer-only buttons (Add DKP, Sub DKP, Raid Award, Decay) are now hidden for non-officers in the standings window
  - Fixed bid frame scrollbar clipping outside the frame
  - Fixed shift-click item insertion in Loot Council item input
