End of Support for Retail We regret to inform our community that Better Combat Text will discontinue its service for World of Warcraft: Retail users starting with the upcoming Midnight expansion.

This difficult decision is due to strict restrictions imposed by the new World of Warcraft API. These technical limitations block necessary access to real-time combat data, making it impossible for us to maintain the addon's core functionality. Unfortunately, we can no longer guarantee the performance and features you expect in future versions of Retail (11.0+).

We want to express our deepest gratitude to all the users who have downloaded, tested, and supported us during this journey. The addon will remain available in its current state, but please be aware that it will not receive further updates, bug fixes, or compatibility patches for the next Retail expansion. When you deal more than 5 hits within 2 seconds, the addon automatically groups them:

Example: 2.5K (7) = 2,500 total damage from 7 grouped hits
