You're the best around, and now the game knows it. Best Around (Revisited) plays a sound every time you level up or earn an achievement. When you die, it plays something more fitting.
- Sounds on events. Plays a special notification sound when a player levels, dies, or earns an achievement.
- Pick your own sounds. Each event has a checklist of sounds. Check as many as you like and a random one plays each time. Leave the list empty to silence that event.
- No pile-ups. If the same event fires again within a few seconds, for example dying twice in a void zone, the sound plays once instead of overlapping itself.
- Your volume, your channel. Sounds play on the Master channel by default, or on SFX or Music if you want them to follow that slider.
Type /bar (or /bestaround), or go to Options › AddOns › BestAround Revisited. Each event has:
- An Enabled checkbox.
- A Sounds list. Check the ones you want; one is picked at random.
- A Test button to hear it right away.
Settings are saved per profile. Switch, copy, or reset profiles under the Profiles page.
