Tokens Dashboard: If displaying the weekly cap, we must show weekly progress (even if it is 0)

Tokens Dashboard options: Split Season 1 and Other currencies into separate groups by hardcoding the "Season 1" locale, so it also works for non English clients
Immersion Skin: Added back the default blue "Hilite" appearance, fixed button spacing when shadows enabled and added some guard flags

Added a description in DBM Skin option regarding the required profile #81
Fixed the halfbar logic by cutting the bar in half, rather than doubling the icon size. Also, the skin will not apply if BenikUI profile isn't the DBM selected one. This should make #81 happy
