Beast Training Filter

• Fixed: training was blocked ("tried to call the protected function") in v1.0.1-v1.0.2, mounted or not. The Train button is left untouched again, so training and auto-dismount work
• TP costs now show what you really pay: training a higher rank refunds the lower rank, so e.g. Natural Armor 7 shows 25 TP (75 - 50 for rank 6); the details add "(75 total)"
• New toggle: Show TP cost after refund - turn it off to see the game's full cost
• The required pet level turns red when your pet is too low
• Hid Auctionator's "To Craft: 0" line in the Beast Training window (it's meant for Enchanting)
