• Add draggable minimap button with persistent angle positioning
  Implement drag-to-reposition functionality for the minimap button, allowing users to move it around the minimap edge. The button's position is now stored as an angle (in degrees) rather than fixed coordinates, ensuring consistent placement across UI scale changes. Add UpdateMinimapButtonPosition method to recalculate button position based on saved angle, and integrate position updates into the ScheduleDefaultPosition timer to maintain correct placement during UI initialization.
