• CategoriesPage / Match Rules: re-flow the section so "Add Match Rule" sits ABOVE the list of existing rules instead of below. The previous layout placed the Add button right under the last "Remove rule: ..." button in the rule stack, and since both used identical red UIPanelButtonTemplate chrome at full-width, the Add button visually read as another removal row rather than an action - confusing at a glance. New flow inside the section: section h3 -> info note -> Match Mode dropdown -> Add Match Rule (+ Reset Rules to Default paired half-width on defaults) -> "Current Rules" h4 sub-header acting as a separator -> the Remove-rule buttons (or "No rules yet" paragraph when empty). The h4 sub-header doubles as a visual divider AND a label for the rule list, so the actions and the list now read as two clearly distinct blocks. Pairs cleanly with the existing convention used elsewhere in the suite (BazCore options, BazWidgetDrawers settings) where create/reset actions live above the list they operate on, bump to 065
