Flag carrier bar

• Click to target, without flicker: click a carrier on the bar to target him - also in combat and also when he took the flag during combat. The click layer runs apart from the bar, so it can no longer make the bar blink.
• Steady health: the carrier's health and percent no longer blink out when the game skips one update.
