VERSION 2.0.5c - COMPLETE CODE AND FILE STRUCTURE REFACTOR

VERSION 2.0.5b - FIRST + LAST NAME SUPPORT

• ADDED TWO-PART CHARACTER NAMES: The ledger, the Account Wealth tooltip and the delete confirmation now show each character's full 'First Last' name.
• UPDATED '/bb delete': accepts either 'First Last' or just 'First' and works from the saved ledger.
• ADDED '/bb names': diagnostic printing what the client returns for your character's names.
• REQUIRED: log into each character to update currency ledger with character 'First Last' names.

VERSION 2.0.5a - CURRENCY LEDGER WINDOW

• ADDED CURRENCY LEDGER WINDOW: A new 'Ledger' button in the bag window header (and '/bb ledger') opens a scrollable list of every character saved in the account wallet, with class-coloured names, gold per character and an account total.
• ADDED DELETE FROM THE GUI: Each row has an 'X' button that asks for confirmation, then removes that character's wallet record and its saved bank snapshot. The logged-in character cannot be deleted because it is re-saved automatically. '/bb delete <Name>' still works.

VERSION 2.0.5 - CODE CLEANUP

• REFACTOR: The bag layout code was reorganised into shared helpers (single slot renderer, item classification helpers, section renderers, and a vendor-freeze refresh function). No intended behaviour changes.
• HARDENED: The stacked-count hook is only installed if 'SetItemButtonCount' exists, and the bank scan's bag-name lookup is wrapped in 'pcall' so one failing bag can't stop a snapshot from saving.
