    feat(profiles): add shared account-wide profile system (#17)

    - add built-in Default profile and per-character active profile selection

    - store named profiles in BarSmithDB and keep only the selected profile in BarSmithCharDB

    - migrate legacy character settings into profiles safely

    - add profile management to the Blizzard settings panel

    - keep QuickBar and bar state updates combat-safe and profile-aware

    - update status output and testing notes for profile workflows
