    fix: flyout sync, minimap unlock, tooltip cleanup, mount dismount fix

    - Synchronize flyout primary with keybind target and last-used ordering.
    - Add minimap right-click to lock/unlock and improve tooltip clarity.
    - Ensure mounts dismount before switching to a different mount.
    - Cleanup tooltips and update flyout behavior for usability.
