AnzuHelper

The first of possibly multiple tools for raiding; current version assists with the 6.2 Hellfire Citadel encounter Shadow-Lord Iskar. Please note that I haven't been able to test it while actually fighting the boss, but everything else should be completely debugged.

Usage:

"/bardtools" to open options panel
"/bardtools interrupt" to set your current target on interrupt duty
"/bardtools dispel" to set your current target on dispel duty
Move the frames by holding Shift when you drag them

Left-click a frame to toss the Eye of Anzu
Right-click a frame to dispel magic

You can also designate players for interrupting or dispelling by clicking the respective buttons in the options panel while targeting the player you want for that job.

Features

Buttons for each raid member - Left clicking tosses the eye to them, right clicking casts a class appropriate magic-dispel ability on them

If you have the eye, highlights any healer (or optionally, a predesignated player) when they need the eye to dispel Fel Bomb

An icon is placed on the player affected by (the real) Fel Bomb so that you can dispel them directly by right clicking

If you have the eye, highlights any DPS with a reliable interrupt (or optionally, a predesignated player) when they need the eye to interrupt Fel Conduit

When Phantasmal Winds is cast, a priority list is created based on the mobility of classes. For every player affected, only the player below them on the priority list is highlighted, so that the list is worked through quickly and efficiently. For any player in possession of the eye, but not affected by Phantasmal Winds, the highest priority player is highlighted

For Phantasmal Wounds, there is no such priority list. It could have been based on the health percentage of each affected player, but that would cause the highlight to move around, and I figured that was not worth the small benefit it provided

If you have the eye, highlights any player affected by Phantasmal Corruption

If several of the effects are active at the same time, the order in which mechanics are handled is prioritized like so: Phantasmal Corruption > Fel Bomb > Fel Conduit > Phantasmal Winds > Phantasmal Wounds > Fel Raven tank

Mythic mechanics (Shadow Riposte, Radiance of Anzu stacks not resetting, Dark Bindings) are not handled, work in progress.
