- Add background border slot and clean up some of the interface (itty bitty pixels not lining up).
- Update toggle keybind. If the minimap button is enabled, it will only toggle the visibility.
Disable the minimap button with /bw minimap to return to the minimize behavior.

- Fixed search error.
- Fixed visual glitches and adjust highlight for bank buttons.
- Add option to change bank background color and transparency (Interface > Addons > Bank's Watch).
- Make search all factions/servers a global setting only. They will now effect tooltips right away, removing the need to reload your UI.
- Per-character configuration is now taken into account immediately (except for icon size/icons per row).
- Remove class icon in tooltip tracker when class is not yet determined.
- Fixed a few more bugs... squishy squash.

- Ok, last time... Settings have now an optional option to be per-character rather than global. That should make everyone happy.
Your current options are not lost, Interface > AddOns > Bank's Watch > Enable per-character configuration and reload your UI.
