• Broker text showed a bare number while moving items
  The format call used a dot instead of a colon, so the locale string became the
  argument and was discarded.
• An aborted command could make the next one demand the bank
  check_for_banks sets bankrequired, and only StopStacking clears it. A command
  that aborted after that point -- too few bag groups given, or item data that
  never loaded -- left the flag set, so the next unrelated sort was stopped with
  "You must be at the bank". Clear both flags at the start of each command.
• The bag-ignore setting in the Blizzard UI did nothing on retail
  GetBackpackAutosortDisabled and GetBankAutosortDisabled moved into C_Container
  in 10.0 and have no global fallback, so the existence guard quietly turned the
  check off. Keep the guards, because neither name exists on classic in any form.
• Addon integration hooks never ran
  RegisterAddonHook keeps a callback for an addon that is not loaded yet, but
  ADDON_LOADED was never registered, so the callback never fired. This left the
  Inventorian sort button dead on classic.
• TOC for 12.1.0, 12.0.7, 5.5.4, 2.5.6
• Actions: use the luacheck action instead of installing it from luarocks
  The lint job ran apt-get install with no apt-get update ahead of it, which
  fails whenever the runner image package index is stale.
  lunarmodules/luacheck@v1 replaces those three steps and runs the same
  luacheck . --no-color -q. Updates the checkout action from v2 to v7, which
  was still running a node version GitHub is retiring; nothing in that range
  affects a push-triggered workflow. Pins the packager to v2 rather than
  master, so an upstream change can no longer land in a release without
  warning; v2 is the maintained major tag, so fixes within the v2 line still
  arrive.
