Bananabar is an old addon, updated to run in WOW Classic BananaBar - Target any units by clicking on the symbol.

The new release includes
Healthbar on the side of the symbol target
Target the target of the Raid icon by clic Show Sheep and Banish timers in Raid
Set icon via drag & drop
Set icons to a lot of of target by moving the mouse over a group
Shows health of the target and who is targeting in the tooltip
Icons can automaticaly set icons on incoming adds when you are in fight (will be fixed in one of the next versions) Adds an overview window for raid groups that shows who is targeting witch icons and a lot of other windows Healthbar on side Left click on the target symbol on the Bannabar focus it UI and Binds is simplified : Left click = Target the Unit of the sign Middle Click = Open UI configuration Right Click = Set Symbol on the Target
