# May 14, 2026 | Banana Killer v1.3 Release Notes

Banana Killer v1.3 is a polish update focused on better sounds, a cleaner Banana Meter, and smoother controls.

## New And Improved

- Added randomized banana splat sounds.
- Replaced the old splat sound with a new set funnier cartoon splat effects.
- Updated the Banana Meter to better match the clean panel style of Sunflower WoW addons while keeping its banana-themed personality.
- Removed the large **Share Max** button from the bottom of the meter.
- Added a small broadcast-style Share Max icon in the top bar.
- Replaced the text **Pause** button with a compact pause/play control.
- The pause/play button now shows pause bars while Banana Killer is active and a play icon while paused.
- Moved the version number out of the Banana Meter and into the config screen.

## Banana Meter Changes

- Cleaner dark glass-style meter background.
- Share Max is now available from the small `)))` icon near the top of the meter.
- Config screen now shows the addon version and “Made by Sunflower WoW.”
