BakiWalk v3.2
Follow someone. The beat drops. Your UI loses its mind.
BakiWalk turns /follow into a whole experience. The moment you start following a player, mentama.mp3 kicks in on loop and your entire interface comes alive — synced to the music.
What Happens
Before the drop, your screen edges softly pulse and glow in time with the beat. Subtle. Clean. Building tension.
When the drop hits, everything goes off:
- Frame Dancing — Your action bars, unit frames, and UI panels bounce, sway, and scale to every beat
- Screen Shake — Punchy directional shake on each hit
- Button Glow Wave — A sweep of glow rolls across your action buttons in a staggered wave
- Minimap Spin — Your minimap does a full 360° rotation every 4th beat
- Edge Glow & Flash — Screen edges flare brighter and wider during the drop
- Lyrics Overlay — Song lyrics build on screen word-by-word, perfectly synced to the rhythm. Each new word pops in highlighted, then settles into the growing sentence. Special "TOMA" sections start small and grow massive with each beat
Everything is beat-synced from hand-tapped rhythm data. No guessing, no drift.

Setup
- Drop the
BakiWalk folder into your Interface\AddOns directory
- Make sure
mentama.mp3 is inside the addon folder
/follow any player, or type /bw test to preview- Adjust to taste with
/bw commands
Safety
Every visual effect is wrapped in pcall — if anything breaks, the music keeps playing. Effects never touch combat functionality. Toggle anything on or off individually.
Notes
- Built for TBC Classic (Interface 20505), works on most WoW clients
- Song loops automatically while following
- Music volume is temporarily adjusted if it's too low, and restored when you stop
- All rhythm data is hand-tapped and baked in — no external files needed at runtime
