Bag Value Tracker

A big update: an in-game options panel, item tooltips with sell values, one-click junk selling, and net-worth tracking - for Retail, Cataclysm Classic, and Mists of Pandaria Classic.

**New**

- Options panel - open with /bvt (or /bagvalue), or from Game Menu → Options → AddOns. All settings save per character.
- Tooltip value - item tooltips now show the sell value per item, and the value of the whole stack when you hover a stack. Can be turned off.
- Sell Junk button at merchants - shows what your grey items are worth, vendors them all in one click, and reports the gold earned in chat. Hover it to see exactly what will be sold. Optional fully-automatic mode ("Sell junk automatically at merchants").
- Junk highlight (Cataclysm & Mists) - while a merchant is open, the bag slots that will be sold are tinted orange.
- Net worth - /bvt worth prints your bag value + gold, how it's changed this session, and how it's changed since your last play session. Per-character history is kept; optional "Report net worth at login".
- Per-bag toggles - choose which bags show a value, including the Retail Reagent Bag.
- Auction vs vendor pricing toggle (auction pricing still needs Auctionator).

**Changed**

- On Cataclysm and Mists, the Backpack value is now hidden by default (matching Retail). Re-enable it in the options panel.

**Fixed**

- Bag totals no longer read low right after login while item data is still loading - they now refresh automatically, showing a ... marker until complete.
- Newly added bag slots (e.g. the Reagent Bag) are no longer skipped when the saved bag list is shorter than the current bag count.
- Retail "Combine All Bags": the value was being drawn on hidden frames and never appeared. A single combined total is now shown at the bottom-left of the merged bag window (the Reagent Bag keeps its own).
- Packaging fix: 1.24.x uploads were built without the addon files. This release contains the complete addon.
