BaeroNeckTracker
This addon keeps track of jewel-crafting neck usage within your group. It tracks cooldown, usage, and suggests who can pop the neck when one of the buffs are missing.

Description
Never lose track of your Jewelcrafting necklace buffs again.
NeckTracker helps the raid coordinate the three jewelcrafting necks -- Chain of the Twilight Owl, Eye of the Night, and Braided Eternium Chain. It shows who has each neck (by config), who's on cooldown, which buffs are currently active/missing, and who should pop if any buffs are missing.
Features:
- Live cooldown and buff board: movable window showing active buffs and cooldowns within your group.
- Suggested buffer: who has necks off cooldown and should optimally pop it.
- Group Sync: CDs and ownership is shared across players within the same group.
- Pulltimer warning: Will display a large warning when pulltimer is initiated while still missing a buff.
/nt — options and help
/nt config (or /ntc, or a keybinding) — open the panel
/nt track / /nt buff — choose which necks/buffs to watch
/nt sync on|off, /nt warn on|off|test — toggle group sync and the pull warning
