4.3 Changed ToC file to state the addon works for 4.3

4.1 addon did not work after 4.1 patch, it has been repaired

4.0.6 I only changed my name on the control panel to match my in game name once again.

4.0 updated table of contents file so this addon wouldn't be considered "out of date". No changes were needed for 4.0 compatibility.
