UI Cleanup

• Full rework of options, made them more clear, minimalistic. Not done with every page yet, but it's coming.
• Added slug rendering for crisper fonts.
• Added hide @ 0 option for essential, utility CDM icons. + tags.
• Added x,y axis controls for minimap drawer.
• Changed Nav animations.

New Features

• Added ability for stoneform + turtle + feign death to show mid-screen.
• New anchoring system.
• Added folio icon.
• Added strata dropdowns for power bars / castbars.
• Text / Bar modes can now be set to different anchors/offsets for power/secondary.

Bugs

• Fixed glow in CDM
• Fixed tons of other things I forgot to write down.
• Fixed buff bars.
• Bug fixes to CDM.
• Fixed warlock interrupts for the "isInteruptable" target cast checks.
