A compact on-screen widget for switching your audio output device and adjusting game volume in one click, with no digging through the Sound settings.

Changed
- The minimap button now uses LibDBIcon, the standard minimap button library, so minimap button collectors and UI addons recognise and manage it like other addons' buttons. Your button position and show/hide setting carry over.
- AzIO is now listed in the minimap's addon menu (the addon compartment): left-click opens the window, right-click switches to the next device.
