Azeroth Mutual is a comedy addon for World of Warcraft Retail that turns your unfortunate demise into an insurance dispute. Choose your official explanation, submit a claim, and let our deeply unsympathetic claims department decide your fate.

Standing in fire? Pre-existing environmental condition.
Falling off a cliff? The ground denies liability.
Blaming a gnome? Finally, a credible explanation.

Features

• Death-triggered claims: Offers a claim after you die, waiting until combat ends to open the window.

• Death-specific responses: Attempts to identify falling, drowning, lava, fire, frost, shadow, physical damage, and other causes from your death recap.

• Responsible-party reporting: Displays the killing damage source when a readable name is available.

• Claim dropdown: Choose from 21 death categories and questionable excuses.

• Previous claims: Browse your latest 50 filed claims, including verdicts and responsible parties.

• Settings: Adjust text and control size, or disable automatic death offers.

• Character-specific saves: Settings and claim history persist between sessions.

• Local comedy: No automatic party messages, whispers, or guild announcements.

Alliance coverage. Horde honor.

Alliance characters receive the full claims desk: explanations, paperwork, and carefully worded disappointment.

Horde characters receive a simpler determination:

No claims allowed, you died for honor

Dismiss it with “For the Horde!” and return to your regularly scheduled glorious death.

Commands

/amclaim is an alias for /insurance.

Available demo types: fall, drowning, fatigue, lava, slime, fire, frost, shadow, nature, arcane, holy, physical, and pvp.

Demonstrations do not add claims to history.

A few policy details

Death detection depends on the information Retail makes available. When recap data is missing or restricted, you can choose an explanation manually. The addon does not determine whether your healer was negligent, your tank overpulled, or you ignored a mechanic. Those allegations are entirely yours.

Azeroth Mutual is fictional insurance. No gold changes hands, no repairs are reimbursed, and all compensation is imaginary.
