Avoid the Inevitable

• The Atlas Loot Bonus Roll frame seems to stay opened, I don't know if there is a way to fix it
• The bonus roll frame is shown in a bug-ish way after a loading if it hasn't expired yet. It can be annoying if you leave the raid after the last boss of a LFR for example. You can still remove it using /avoid cancel.
