AutoTrinketSwitcher_AIFanUpdate_including Serpent-Coil Braid, For TBC Anniversary

A fork of Auto Trinket Switcher that works with Mana Gems, Serpent-Coil Braid Options are on the Minimap Icon, V2 Shift + Right Click trinkets for the order of 2nd trinket, Shift+Left Click manages number order for the first trinket slot.

When you Mana Emerald your MCG will buff you with Power Surge for 15 seconds of 225 Spellpower and when those 15 seconds are up this addon should swap to your trinket #2... and back to your Serpent-Coil Braid when it is off cooldown..

This is similar to itemrack's trinket swapper however I asked Claude to fix it so it'd swap Serpent-Coil Braid automatically and added Spec 1 and Spec 2 buttons for those who have a 2nd spec.
