- Rest area pause: Optional setting (default off) to pause automatic rotation while `IsResting()` is true (capital cities and inns). Same scope as map pause: timer and `/at next` wait; `/at herbs`, `/at minerals`, and `/at sync` are unchanged. Toggle via options panel or `/at resting`.
- `/at status`: Includes the new rest-pause option alongside existing toggles.
- Locales: All supported languages updated for the new strings and help line.
- Fix: If saved variables are missing or invalid, the first rotation step now respects the default “start with minerals” preference instead of always assuming herbs.
