- Zoning / loading grace: Automatic rotation skips switches for 1.5s after `PLAYER_ENTERING_WORLD` and (when supported) `LOADING_SCREEN_DISABLED`, so the client can settle after a load or zone change. Manual `/at herbs` and `/at minerals` are unchanged.
- Rotation sync: On entering the world / end of loading screen, the add-on aligns the internal rotation step with whichever herb or mineral tracking is currently active so the next automatic tick targets the other type. `/at sync` does the same with chat feedback (useful after manual tracking changes).
- New slash commands: `/at next` runs one rotation step immediately (same safety rules as the timer; requires the add-on enabled). `/at first herbs` and `/at first minerals` set the saved “start rotation with” preference and current step without opening the options panel.
- Help / locales: `/at help` and all locale files include the new commands and messages.
