- Display version is read from ` Version` in `AutoTracker.toc` via `C_AddOns.GetAddOnMetadata` / `GetAddOnMetadata`, with a Lua fallback only if metadata is missing.
- Automatic rotation throttles repeated “tracking unavailable” chat messages (at most once every 20 seconds); manual `/at herbs` and `/at minerals` still report failures immediately.
