- Added 'Spell Cast Failure' event type.
- Fixed call to IsInBG() (was calling IsInBattleground()).
- Updated tooltip for 'Target Message' to list out the supported wildcards.  Accepted wildcards are '$HEALTHPERCENT', '$HEALTHMAX', '$HEALTH', '$MANAPERCENT', '$MANAMAX', '$MANA', and '$NAME'.
- Added auto go to and show the active configuration's settings when opening the options dialog via the '/ason' chat command.
