• chore: update Interface to 120100 for Midnight patch 12.1.0
  Bump the TOC Interface version from 120001 to 120100 so the addon is
  flagged as up to date for Midnight patch 12.1.0 ("Curse of Ula'tek").
  Audited the addon's API surface against the 12.0.5 and 12.1.0 change
  lists: none of the removed globals are called, and C_Container, C_Item,
  C_EquipmentSet, C_TransmogCollection and the buyback/money APIs are
  unchanged. Expansion ID 12 (Midnight) is still current, so the expansion
  filters need no change.
  Also drop GetInventorySlotInfo from .luacheckrc read_globals — Blizzard
  removed it in 12.1.0 in favour of C_PaperDollInfo.GetInventorySlotInfo,
  and the addon never called it.
