Update to work with latest WOW I think the database is not being used anymore I've gone around various quests on various toons and they all seem to be handing in and accepting ok

Repeatable quests might not always properly react to the correct options and override keys.
it does not adjust the tracking dipslay - still to wokr out why it sometimes
The reason being that when the addon requests the server for a list of completed quests, there's about a 2 minute "cooldown" until it can be requested again.
I'm working on a more reliable system for the next major release.
