    Multiple improvements

    - Fix item link parsing for WoW 12.0+ (new |cnIQx color format)
    - Add batch selling: items are sold in groups of 10 with 250ms delay to avoid server throttle
    - Add "Force Sell" list: force-sell items regardless of quality (e.g. non-gray items)
    - Ignore list now truly ignores items (even gray ones)
    - New graphical options panel (/apx options) replacing old Blizzard interface panel
      - General tab: Auto Sell, Sales Reports, Show Profit, Reset Button
      - Ignore List tab: view, add (drag & drop or type name/link), remove items
      - Force Sell tab: same interface for forced sell items
    - Removed old slash commands (add/rem/me/list) - use the GUI instead
