AutoPotionPlus

Smart Consumable Management for WoW Classic

AutoPotionPlus - Smart Consumable Management for WoW Classic

Stop digging through bags mid-fight. AutoPotionPlus finds your best potions, bandages, food, and drinks and turns them into two smart macros, so you can stay focused on playing—not inventory Tetris. Ideal while leveling or anytime your bags are full of mixed-quality consumables.

What it does

AutoPotionPlus builds and maintains macros that use your consumables in a consistent, configurable order: healing and mana potions, bandages, food, drinks, buff food, and healthstones—according to the rules you set. Built for World of Warcraft Classic (including Burning Crusade Classic / Anniversary-style clients).

Key features

Smart picking

  • Chooses from healing potions, mana potions, bandages, food, and drinks in your bags—or prefer lowest quality first if you want to burn cheap stacks.
  • Quality priority: highest-first or lowest-first.
  • Stack priority: use the stack with the least or most charges left (your choice).
  • Optional conjured item preference.

Two macros

  • AutoPotionPlus: healing potion (no modifier), mana potion (Ctrl), bandages (Shift).
  • AutoFoodPlus: drink (no modifier), food (Shift), buff food (Ctrl).

Options

  • Warrior mode: swap food vs. drink behavior for classes where that feels better in practice.
  • Healthstone priority: use healthstones before or after potions.

Lists you control

  • Drag items from your bags onto lists; Shift+click to reorder within a category; right-click to remove.
  • Reset to defaults in one click.

Debugging

  • Built-in logging for troubleshooting.
  • Debug UI: /appdebugui — export logs when you need help.

Commands

/autopotionui - Open main configuration

/appdebugui - Open debug information

User Interface

  • Minimap button for quick access
  • Item List Manager for changing the item order

How It Works

  1. Install and log in — the addon creates the two macros automatically.
  1. Play — it scans your bags and picks what your settings allow.
  1. Put the macros on your bars and keybind them if you like.
