  • Add option to disable group-chat PI announce
    New checkbox in Settings > Display: 'Announce PI target in group/raid chat'
    (default on). When unchecked, _AnnounceWinner returns early before sending
    any chat message. Force-announce via the A button is also suppressed when
    the option is off.

  • Fix announce toggle: only suppress auto-announce, not manual force-announce
    The announce_enabled guard belongs in _MaybeAnnounceWinner (the auto/debounced
    path) rather than _AnnounceWinner (shared by both paths). This way unchecking
    the option silences the automatic group-chat announce while the A button
    force-announce still works regardless.
