AutoMeterReset 1.1.0

Fixes the default mode and adds more ways to reset.

• Fixed: On Combat Start and On Boss Pull now reset. Before, they silently did nothing because the reset was skipped in combat.
• Fixed: no longer touches Better Damage Meter's saved data (it could wipe its fight history on Retail). Your AutoMeterReset settings are kept.
• Smarter On New Instance: running back in after a death no longer clears the meter mid-raid.
• New options (all off by default): All Instance Types (delves, scenarios, battlegrounds, arenas), Reset When Joining a Group, Reset When Leaving a Group, Ask Before Resetting.
• Reset by hand: a Reset Now button in settings, a "Reset Damage Meter" key binding, and right-click on the Addon Compartment entry.
• Polish: /amr opens the settings page (and lands on it), tooltips on every option, options grey out when they don't apply, Reset Delay goes to 5 s, tidier chat messages.
• More clients: Retail 12.1, MoP Classic, Titan, TBC Anniversary and Classic Era are listed, wherever Blizzard's damage meter exists.
