Add /alss lootmethod
...This toggles on/off a second window to let you set the raid loot method to personal or master (or no change) per-boss. This respects the /alss diff setting.
Fix for /alss diff not working in languages other than English
Fix Lua error if clicking a button before ever selecting a boss in the current session
