Tagging as v2.0.0

Update for WoW5 (and 5.1) compatibility.

Works for me -- and since the last version doesn't work at all on WoW5, a big improvement -- but only tested for basic functionality. Please let me know if you find bugs; I am actively maintaining this addon again.
