Add a bit of code to uninvite offline party members.

I don't know if it's just me, or if Blizzard changed something, but I'm getting party members stuck in my group when they log out, which is often quite bothersome. I don't know what the official criteria are for "offline" as opposed to simply being dropped from the party, but I'd prefer the later in every situation except "disconnected without logging out".

If this new functionality bothers you let me know and I'll role it into a separate addon (or at least add a toggle for it).

I also tried to add a "promote someone else to leader if I'm logging out" function, to avoid the leader-offline scenario that's possible with the new logout behavior I'm seeing, but I couldn't figure out what event to catch that fired at near but before it was too late to manipulate the party. If anyone knows what event(s) I need to trap please drop me a line.
