Removed The Thank you Message for being resurrected due to it firing when teleporting.

Added Instance Version of Messages.

Added 2 new commands :

/ar true /ar false

/ar true turns on the ability for an Auto Resurrection /ar false turns off the ability for an Auto Resurrection

These were added for when your raiding Combat Resurrections wont Auto Resurrect till I figure a way to bypass it.

Also added Auto Yes to Summons :) Have fun
