Auto Open Containers

-slight logic oversight fixed where debug text notifying you X item was blocked due to a filter would happen every minute if kept in bags, fixed to once per session/reload to prevent chat spam
also previous:

-watchdog timer now checks for queue stalls at 4x the open rate, so 1s open item rate, 4s timer checks
-when debug text is enabled, it also states reasons why the item wasn't opened; each reason has a 60 second cooldown (not per item), and each item id open also has a 60 second cooldown (from previous version)
-chat/slash command /aoc fixed, now opens its own ace3 box; general settings has button to open the box too
-ignore item search now lazy loads and requires you to press enter/okay button before searching to prevent lag.  also added item icons
-included ace3 libs were updated to r1390
