Auto Join Party and Raid Group Chat Channel

After joining a Party or Raid group, automatically switch the chat channel to /p or /raid. Also guards against accidentally sent /whisper messages: 2 minutes after your last sent /w, the chat channel goes back to your group chat channel.
What's new
* Now also correctly switches to the "/instance" chat channel after queue+join a [Random Dungeon / Timewalking] group through the Dungeon Finder.
