Added ability to use custom /me emotes and additionally include the targets name in the custom /me emote.

Example, if you want to respond to the Bye emote with "/me says thanks and farewell" type into the response window for the Bye emote "me says thanks and farewell" without quotations.

If you want to respond to the Bye emote with "/me says thanks to NameOfPlayer and farewell" type into the response window for the Bye emote "me says thanks to PLAYER and farewell" without quotations. See screenshots on curseforge for a visual example.
