AuraBreak Notify

Tracks sensitive auras such as sheeps and shackles to notify whoever breaks one of his misdeed. Also notifies the original caster that he might want to re-cast.

- Added a "no whisp" list (/abn no_whisp)
- Fixed a bug where default melee and ranged hits were named their damage value instead of their respective localized names
