Auctioneer

Provisional version of Auctioneer for Retail 10.0.0 pre-patch.

Fixes errors at startup and during normal operation; there are probably still some undiscovered errors though.

Swatter and SlideBar should be fully working. The LibExtraTip library should mostly work in 10.0.0, but will not yet work in 10.0.2/Beta, this will be worked on.

Some functionality in other places is still missing, particularly Enchantrix has several missing features.

Note: Enchantrix-Barker is not included in this package, and should be removed if you previously had it installed.
