Fixed Appraiser crash caused by GetItemQualityColor() receiving a nil rarity value. Added a safe fallback so uncached or partially‑loaded items no longer trigger errors.

Fixed BeanCounter multipost error where Classic/TBC returned container item info as a table instead of multiple values. Updated the snapshot logic to use the correct API fields and avoid nil itemCount issues.
