• Update AHQFQualitySelect layout and icons
  Reduce AHQFQualitySelectFrame width from 80 to 60 and shift its anchor to remove the 8px gap (LEFT anchor x changed from 8 to 0). Replace iconAtlas values for Quality1 and Quality2 buttons to use the new Professions-ChatIcon-Quality-12-Tier* assets. Remove the Quality3 button (cleanup of Frames structure). These changes compact the quality selector UI and standardize the icon atlases.
