• Refactor price scan logic and improve UI integration
  Reworked the price scan system to use a dedicated frame attached to AHCCBrowseResultsFrame, with improved event handling and batch processing for auction data. Price updates are now stored in the global DB and localized scan status messages were added for all supported languages. Removed legacy price update logic from AHCCBrowseResultsMixin and streamlined price management in AHCCItems. Updated XML frame anchoring and parent references for better UI placement.
• Add scan button and update item IDs for potions
  Introduced a ScanButton to the price scan frame with supporting logic for starting a scan and updating UI text. Updated Invigorating Healing Potion item IDs in TWW items data. Adjusted frame anchoring and visibility logic, and added localization for the scan button. Commented out hiding of BrowseResultsFrame in overwrites to prevent premature hiding.
