Switches main price source to a weighted average of median and latest-snapshot price, with the ratio customizable. Adds volatility-shock and price-shock detection for the effects of patches, using region-wide data and methods similar to Bollinger Bands. Winsorizes abnormally high or low snapshot prices when no region-wide shock is detected.
