auc-stat-wowuction-xrealm/mainline: Initial Import

Relies on realm-specific data to help estimate the standard deviation of the bell curve fed into Auctioneer's Market Price calculation, because WoWuction's figure excludes within-realm fluctuations. If realm-specific data is unavailable, the SD will be too low.
